Short but Meaningful Conversation in the Morning
Had a conversation with a personal trainer at the gym this morning.
Started off just as "chit-chat", but at the end, it actually confirmed what I've read/experienced so far..
Eating healthily without any exercise could make you healthier, but not fit / toned / lean..
However, no matter how hard/often you exercise, if you don't eat healthily, you won't get healthier..
So.......... Do both!!
